Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy (IDEA) is an alternative option to mainstream education for young creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs. IDEA approached Ammo to help them reach more secondary age students and recent school leavers looking for personalised pathways to university, training and employment.

We identified that IDEA's regular in-person and online information sessions were a key driver of enrolments. By prioritising info session bookings and optimising the booking process, we were able to increase attendance and student intake for IDEA.
Sales Automation: we implemented Typeform, Pipedrive and Calendly for tracking and automating the enrolment process.
We automated follow-ups with students and parents so leads didn't slip through the cracks.

We learned through ad testing that video and PR was beating static ads in engagement and enrolments. We doubled down on video content with a series of creative campaigns to show off the unique talents of IDEA students and illustrate a day in the life at the academy.
